Well I've been a soap making fool for the last several weeks.  I've been trying out new techniques and fragrances. And have been making some beautiful and tempting soaps for someones bathing pleasure.
Here is my first try at doing a layered effect, I ended up running out of time and poured one layer too soon and it swirled into the layer underneath.  But I ended up with a beautiful yellow and mauve color effect.

Here is the beautiful faux funnel swirl I tried last week.  I forgot the fragrance so they don't have a scent but they lather beautifully and look great.

Here's the lemon poppy seed muffins I've been working on, I just have to decide how I'm going to frost them.

Here's the hostess looking cupcakes I just finished a few days ago.  Don't they look good enough to eat?  They smell so good....

It's been a while...

Well I thought I'd better catch up.
I've been swamped with family this summer and now that my girls are in school I've been working with our cattle business and making lots of soap and cosmetics. Handmade on Main shut their doors and I was working to find another outlet for my products. Finally this summer I found a nice little boutique in Becker and a great coffee shop in St. Francis. Both places are carrying my soaps. I'm also sending soaps into the Art Alliance of Elk River for their Christmas showcase and in Jan. I'm teaching a Ladies Night Out class full of color and fun, where the ladies are going to make eyeshadows, lipgloss and soaps. I'm also teaching a kids soapmaking class in Feb. just in time to make a Valentines gift for their Mom or Dad.
Well back to work, I have cattle to check on and soap to cut. Today I'm cutting Chocolate Truffles, Pure Vanilla and Stephanotis. The Pure vanilla is wonderful and Chocolate Truffles smells just like chocolate liquor.

Ready to use soap porn...

A while ago I was playing with some olive oil and coconut oil blends and tried out a 50/50 one with a little lavender essential oil and came up with this.

No seeing as these are test batch bars I have them econo wrapped and labeled. I have 1 bar for $2, 3 bars @ $4 each and 2 bars @ $5 each

They are all priced out by the weight @ about $1 per ounce.

I can set up a special etsy listing or I also accept paypal.

You can email me for inquiries.

Thanks!

We've been playing!

We've been working on a new format and have decided to move all our natural products to our Etsy store and work on a new line with a little more flexability and a funky attitude.

You can still find our great natural products at www.greenmeadowscosmetics.com
and you'll find our new line at www.camominerals.com

Let me know what you think of this new redesign!
I'd love to hear some feedback!
